I decided to buy a Suburu Forester based on its safety and reliability, not to mention good looks, spacious trunk, and suspension-you can feel the road-appeal! Sales manager Victor Spencer made it happen. I wanted the 2025 Autumn Green Metallic touring trim with pre-tariff prices. Bingo! Victor found the car at a sister dealer, and arranged to have experienced salesman Erik Jacobsson explain all the bells and whistles, particularly related to safety features, which I value most. I took possession of my new car yesterday and it is a dream. As a hiker, I took it straight to the trails. I believe this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. With a car. Can you believe it? He kept in contact as I did my own research which he supported and offered assistance and access to his team including Alex when he thought they could offer up even more guidance on the topic. We bought a Certified Used 2022 Subaru Sport two weeks ago, with Nancy Bouatay as our salesperson. Nancy was great from when I first called. We came to SM Subaru about three hours later and ultimately left with the car we called about. Nancy was patient with our questions and gave a good overview. When I left, my wife had left shortly before and Nancy set up the car for my phone, and also some default settings like auto door unlock, showing me how this is done. There are a lot of new things to understand, but Nancy thought of the kind of "normal" things that I would have been trying to figure out and made sure I was up and ready. Thanks to you all! I’ve only ever had positive experiences here. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and I’ve felt that the associates really go above and beyond to improve client experience. Joey was especially awesome - he was able to give me some really helpful practical tips in maintaining my car post-repair. I needed a part replaced, and even when they didn’t have the part in stock, they were able to outsource it to a nearby dealership and have my car repaired (and washed) within 24 hours. Subaru Santa Monica was a great experience! The employees were relaxed, helpful and not pushy. Genaro was especially helpful, we test drove several cars and his relaxed and friendly demeanor helped me feel comfortable and that I could trust his opinion. I was pretty picky in the end about the exact trim and color of my car and no one acted bothered to help me get to a final decision!
